Thank you for taking the time to visit our website. Please take a moment to read over our Terms & Conditions.
- All TasVillas Group rates are advertised in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- All applicable taxes are included in all our rates.
- Clients must be at least 18 years of age to book.
- TasVillas Group bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Package rates are only applicable for bookings of three nights or more and may not be available at certain properties during selected periods. Minimum night requirements may also apply. Contact TasVillas Group for further information.
- TasVillas Group is a Central Booking Office and is only responsible for the conditions we set in place. Individual properties may have specific conditions (eg. Security deposit, photo identification etc.) in place for their check in/out procedures. Please enquire upon check-in or call TasVillas Group or the property in question to clarify.
Full payment (in AUD$) is required upon confirmation of your booking. Payment is processed via our secure online credit card payment system. No credit card fees are charged for online bookings. For more details, please visit our Book Online page.
General bookings, outside 30 days
On confirmation of your booking, we require a $100.00 or 10% of the booking (whichever is greater) deposit, and the balance will be due 30 days prior to travel. We accept Visa and Master Cards (1% credit card fee), money order, cheque and direct deposit.

Full payment is required for bookings confirmed within 30 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa and Master Cards (1% credit card fee), money order, cheque and direct deposit.

TasVillas Group will not disclose any payment or contact information with any party outside our group for any reason, without your consent.
We are happy to accommodate any special requirements you may have when booking. Special requirements are on a request basis only and cannot be guaranteed until we have received written confirmation of the request from the property.
Amendments and Cancellations
If contacting TasVillas Group outside our operating hours please leave your name, reservation number and contact number and we will contact you as soon as possible. If making a last minute cancellation or amendment over a weekend or public holiday, please call TasVillas Group on 1800 030 111 and leave a message, and also contact your property to notify.
Please note that properties cannot authorise refunds without TasVillas Group's acknowlegdement.
TasVillas Group do not charge any amendments fees made outside 14 days prior to arrival at your accommodation. Amendments made within 14 days may incur a fee, subject to circumstances.
Once a deposit has been paid, a full cancellation may incur a fee of $50.00. The remainder of the deposit will be refunded to the original method of payment.
Once the balance has been paid, a cancellation may incur a fee of $100.00. The remainder of your balance refunded to your originally method of payment.
For cancellations made within 72 hours of check in (2:00pm) at your first property, TasVillas Group and/or the property may charge a cancellation fee of up to 1 night’s accommodation.
Eg. In the case of a 4+ night TasVillas Group booking being cancelled on the day of arrival, the property/ies and/or TasVillas Group may charge for the first 3 nights’ accommodation as each night is within 72 hours prior to check in (2:00pm).
If you fail to notify TasVillas Group of your cancellation or fail to show at your reserved accommodation, a cancellation charge of your nights’ accommodation may apply.
If unforeseen alterations and/or cancellations arise in reference to your booking, TasVillas Group will notify you.
Whilst we continually endeavour to maintain & update the information on our website, TasVillas Group cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies in regards to any information, descriptions or recommendations on our site. Nor can we guarantee any provider we advertise on our site to be free of errors or faults. TasVillas Group reserve the right to change and update its website at anytime without prior warning.
TasVillas Group cannot be held responsible for any lost items, damages, or expenses arising from incidences resulting from your experience with our providers.
