Airlines
Tasmania is well served with airline access, having four conveniently located airports in major population centre's around the state. Direct flights are available from Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Canberra, with easy connecting flights from other states. These major airlines include Jetstar, Qantas and Virgin Blue. Daily flights to Devonport and Wynyard (Burnie) are accessible through REX Airlines.

Shuttle Bus services are available from all four airports to the city terminals, which range from $15 - $30. You can also opt to travel from the airport by taxi, which are available at each airport, with prices dependent on location and distance.
